ABOUT US
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower Adults with Disabilities Through Quality, Person-Centered Support for a More Independent Tomorrow.
Our Vision
A world where everyone—regardless of ability—has the tools, supports, and opportunity to live life on their own terms.

OUR STORY
Tomorrow House was founded to bridge the gap between support and independence for individuals with developmental disabilities. Our founders envisioned a community-based program where individuals with IDD and other disabilities could thrive in homes of their choosing, supported by professionals who honor their rights, needs, and culture.
We believe that supported living is a straightforward concept designed to empower individuals with disabilities who seek long-term support to live fulfilling, community-based lives. Our goal is to arrange or provide the necessary assistance for each individual to reside in a secure and comfortable home of their choosing. By offering personalized choices and fostering an understanding of rights and responsibilities, we aim to empower individuals to design a support system that enhances their quality of life and encourages active participation within their community.

BUILDING A HOUSE
CALLED TOMORROW
Tomorrow House SLS was founded on the belief that “we are made, fundamentally, from the good”—a powerful reminder from Alberto Ríos’ A House Called Tomorrow. Just as the poem speaks of carrying forward the strength, resilience, and possibilities of those who came before us, our mission is to build “a house called tomorrow” for individuals with developmental disabilities—one rooted in dignity, empowerment, and progress. Every service we provide is grounded in the idea that we don’t walk this path alone; we walk it together, bringing the best of our collective history into each new day. And with that, we work to create a tomorrow where every individual has the support they need to make their own history—to “go forward into the history they will make.”
