Tomorrow House offers a range of supportive programs tailored to the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), empowering them to live independently and participate fully in their communities.
SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES (SLS)
We help adults with developmental disabilities live in homes they control while receiving customized support.

CORE SERVICES INCLUDE
24/7 support (based on assessed needs)
Assistance with hygiene, dressing, and grooming
Cooking, cleaning, and home maintenance

Attending medical appointments and managing medications

Daily money management and budgeting

Social and recreational skill building

SLS IS IDEAL FOR
Adults who want to live independently or with chosen roommates, with tailored levels of support.

ILS services are time-limited and skill-focused, designed to help individuals build functional independence.

ILS IS IDEAL FOR
Individuals living with family or others who want to prepare for greater independence or future transitions.
COORDINATED FAMILY SUPPORT (CFS)
CFS services are designed for individuals with IDD who live with their families and want to remain at home with added support.

Family-centered skill-building in the home
Service navigation and advocacy support
Coordinating across service providers and systems

Assistance with accessing IHSS, SSI, Medi-Cal, housing
​
Person-Centered Plan facilitation and futures planning

Training for family members on behavior supports, communication, and caregiving​
CFS IS IDEAL FOR
Individuals who want to remain in the family home and receive coordinated, culturally responsive support.
FOOD SECURITY & COMMUNITY SUPPORT PROGRAMS
Tomorrow House understands that food access and seasonal stability are essential to health and independence. That’s why we go beyond traditional care to meet real-life needs.
MONTHLY GROCERY BAG PROGRAM​​
In partnership with local food pantries and donors, Tomorrow House distributes monthly grocery bags with nutritious essentials directly to individuals and families we support.
Bags include:
Fresh produce

Pantry staples (rice, beans, pasta)
​
Canned goods
​
Personal care items (as available)
Clients can request dietary accommodations (low sodium, diabetes-friendly, etc.).
HOLIDAY GIVEAWAYS
We provide Thanksgiving turkeys and meal kits to all clients and families in need, along with seasonal giveaways during:
Thanksgiving

Winter holidays
​
Back-to-School season
​
Emergency relief efforts
Our goal is to help individuals and families feel supported during seasons that can otherwise be difficult financially or emotionally.

TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
Reliable transportation is key to independence. Tomorrow House provides:
Transportation to medical, therapy, and behavioral health appointments

Rides to grocery stores, community events, and social outings
​
Support with using public transit, paratransit, or ride-hailing apps
​
Coordination with Regional Center transportation authorizations when needed
We make sure no one misses important moments due to transportation gaps.
