Tomorrow House provides Nursing Supports and Medical SLS for individuals with developmental disabilities who require skilled nursing oversight as part of their daily care.

WHAT IS MEDICAL SLS?
Medical Supported Living Services (SLS) are designed for individuals whose needs extend beyond standard caregiving and require specialized medical monitoring, interventions, and training for direct support staff.
At Tomorrow House, our Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs):
Conduct health assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans.
Oversee medication management and administration.
Train and supervise caregiving staff on complex health needs.
Monitor ongoing health conditions and collaborate with physicians and specialists.

COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL OVERSIGHT FOR EVERY NEED

Diabetes care, including blood sugar monitoring and insulin administration.
Hypertension management.
Gastrostomy tube (G-tube) feeding and care.
Wound care and pressure sore prevention.
Oxygen administration and respiratory support.
Cardiac condition monitoring.

Bowel and bladder care, including incontinence management.
Administration of injections and specialized medications.
