
TOMORROW HOUSE: TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM
A Safe Place to Build Toward Independence
The Tomorrow House Transitional Housing Program offers supportive housing for adults with developmental disabilities who are unhoused or exiting institutions such as foster care, hospitals, or the justice system. In partnership with Hope & Anchor, Inc., we provide safe, fully furnished homes with wraparound supports designed to help residents stabilize and prepare for long-term housing.
WHAT WE PROVIDE
Fully furnished, master-leased housing throughout Solano County
Stays of 6–12 months with 24/7 or intermittent Supported Living Services (SLS)
Daily support with cooking, cleaning, hygiene, budgeting, medication routines, and roommate cooperation
Customized transition planning for each participant, including help securing Section 8, affordable units, or family reunification

Real Work. Real Pay. Real Opportunity.
Through our partnership with Fresh Start Cleaning Pros, Tomorrow House participants receive paid job training while they live in our transitional housing. The employment track builds skills and confidence in a real work environment.
Employment Supports Include:
Paid job training in cleaning, delivery, admin, and light maintenance
Soft skill development (communication, punctuality, task completion)
Weekly job readiness workshops
Resume building and interview coaching
Supported job placement through community employers or continued employment with Fresh Start

Tomorrow House wraps each participant in individualized supports designed to meet their daily needs and long-term goals.
Our Support Services Include:
Person-centered ISP-aligned services
Family coaching and navigation through Coordinated Family Support (CFS)
CalAIM-aligned Community Supports (Housing Navigation & Tenancy Services)
Behavioral support coordination
Case management, transportation assistance, and life coaching
Transition plans focused on housing, employment, and community connection
